YOUR TRIP, YOUR WAY

My travel planning services are fully bespoke, grounded in distinctive experiences and a transparent, collaborative process. Clients are empowered to select the level of support that best suits each journey.

I offer both expert guidance and privileged access. Alongside tailored recommendations, many of my preferred partners extend exclusive amenities - such as welcome gifts, spa credits, and room upgrades.  These benefits enhance my clients' overall experience, at no additional cost to them. Strong industry relationships may also allow for flexibility, including waived minimum stays during peak seasons and priority early check in / late check out. Beyond booking, I actively monitor reservations and can to secure more favorable rates if prices change.

In most cases, the rates I find for hotels, tours, and transfers are aligned with publicly available pricing. Rather than applying markups, I am compensated directly by my partners. The only fee I may charge is a proposal fee, outlined below:

All projects begin with a 20 - 30 minute complimentary consultation.  Each client's ideal trip is discussed with them: where they'd like to visit, preferred accommodation type, timing, etc.  We also align on a service level:

Level I: ​ 

Hotel Only Booking

​​

  • Fee: $0 / 100% Complimentary, no max travelers​​

​

  • ​Receive a proposal of 2 - 5 hotels for given dates in a specific location

  • Suggested hotels typically feature agent-only access, upgrades and perks

  • Insurance quote shared upon request​​

  • Expertise and support provided throughout the trip planning process and while in travel

Level II: 

Accommodations + Tours

  • Fee: $99-$299, max 4 Travelers

​​​​

  • All Level I services

  • May also capture villa, apartment or rental home suggestions

  • Tours and transfers (including car rentals) will be suggested to complete a fully customized trip itinerary​

  • Cruises and large-scale escorted tours can be quoted

  • Dining suggestions may also be shared

Level III:

Accommodations + Tours, Multi-Stop

  • Fee: $199-399, no max # of Travelers​​​

​

  • All Level I/II services for 2+ locations

  • Transfers between locations (including ferries, flights and trains) can be recommended

  • Transatlantic flights can be also booked

​Other Considerations:

  • Proposal typically provided within 1 week of submitting above fee

  • Costs vary based on the level of trip complexity and time needed to develop the custom itinerary

  • Trips departing in <30 days are subject to $199 additional rush fee

  • Flight bookings may require a $50-80 flat fee per ticket
